From the beginning, Chloe was incredibly helpful, responsive and patient. She took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly and make sure I had the right information whenever I needed it. Even when I had a few issues to sort out with my bank, she was there to assist and made the whole process much easier than it could have been. I’ve now completed my exchange, and I’m very pleased with how smoothly everything was handled. I’ve had a really positive experience with RW Invest and wanted to give a special mention to Kallum, who showed me around Parliament Square in Liverpool. Kallum was genuinely great to deal with. He was really friendly, easy to talk to and clearly very knowledgeable about the development and the wider property market. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain things properly, which made the whole visit really interesting. As I’ve invested in The Gateway, it was especially useful to see Parliament Square and get a better feel for the type of development RW Invest is involved with. I’d also like to mention Peter, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to have a proper conversation with me and made me feel really welcome as did the rest of the office staff. It’s those little things that make a difference, and I really appreciated the time he took to speak with me. The developments themselves are also very impressive, and seeing Parliament Square in person gave me even more confidence and excitement about my investment in The Gateway. It’s always reassuring to see the quality and progress of RW Invest’s developments first-hand. Overall, I’ve been really impressed with RW Invest so far. Kallum and Peter were both brilliant, and their friendliness, knowledge and willingness to help really stood out. I’m looking forward to seeing The Gateway progress and would definitely recommend RW Invest to anyone considering investing with them.
