Communication was quick, everything was clearly explained, and the team were easy to work with throughout. GoogleIt was very disappointing when I made an enquiry to get a brochure. I was then called and emailed, stating that I would need to book a Teams call to understand my needs. I booked the call and received constant daily reminders. On the day of the Teams meeting, I was left waiting in the lobby with no communication about why I was waiting. I had to chase for feedback. This was very unprofessional.

GoogleRyan Francis initially, and later Chloe Walker were excellent: helpful and efficient. They made the experience of buying very tolerable. My whole experience with RWInvest Liverpool was 4/5. Whole process started in April and exchange was in December; not RWinvest fault...but then they recommended the solicitor, who took their time, although thorough and cheap. Overall, I would go with RWinvest again and be very happy to be served by both Chloe and Ryan yet again. However, if I want faster completion I will probably pay a bit more for a different solicitor.
