GoogleI’ve had the pleasure of working with Russell Simpson, and in particular Ali Carter, over a 14-year tenancy at Upper Cheyne Row in Chelsea and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely collaborative. Ali has been a pleasure to deal with throughout, always approachable, efficient, and thoughtful in her communication. Over such a long tenancy, what stood out most was the level of trust, continuity, and mutual respect maintained on all sides. The recent end of tenancy process was handled seamlessly and in a very fair and constructive manner, which I greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find this level of service and consistency over such a long period, and I would not hesitate to recommend Ali and the wider Russell Simpson team to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-managed experience in Prime Central London. Many thanks again for everything. S. H.Knudsen

GoogleHugh was a fantastic agent to work with, incredibly friendly, fair, and diligent when we purchased a property from his client. A nice bespoke and boutique feeling, where they evidently went the extra mile to make the process seamless. Thanks Hugh & Team! Couldn’t recommend more.

GoogleThe videos on this agent's website are so annoying! They spend more time zoomed into cushions and candles and rubbish like that than giving you a sense of what the home layout is like. I'm not spending £3m+ on someone else's cushion taste!
Agent replied · 25 December 2025
Thank you for your feedback. In addition to the videos, our listings have many photos and a floor plan that shows the property's internal and external scale and layout, which we hope is helpful.

GoogleDaisy was really lovely to work with, incredibly kind and totally supported us through the whole process and always made sure we weren't pressured or overwhelmed. Her support was so appreciated, guiding us through all the motions as a first time buyer. It wouldn't have been the same without her!

GoogleThe BEST team! We are from South Africa and were looking for a short term rental. We received really bad service from two other agencies and THEN we found Russell Simpson. Jesse Daybell (our agent) was the absolute best. Professional, friendly, personable. We felt so at ease in Jesse's capable hands from beginning to end. I would recommend Russell Simpson over & over again.

GoogleRussell Simpson is a disgrace. They have zero customer service and they hate families with young children. Do not use them. Very rude.

GoogleI had a wonderful and smooth experience with Russell Simpson, especially with Lenard Pap. His professionalism and clear communication made the whole process stress-free. Also, their close relationship with both the buyer and seller sides really helped move things along quickly and easily. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe moved our flat to Russell Simpson after being disappointed by two other local agents and I can honestly say, it was the best thing we did. From the start, they showed complete professionalism in the 'showing' of our home only bringing us well-screened potential buyers, negotiated a tricky situation with our first buyer but then found us a higher quality second buyer whose offer we accepted. They proceeded to manage the project to completion with tact and hard work. Happy clients! Big shout out to Lenard who handled the whole process with charm and efficiency. We can highly recommend.
