GoogleDefinitely avoid this letting agent！ We hv a viewing booked and they cancelled the viewing without give notice to applicant. Neither answered the phone！

GoogleI’ve had the pleasure of working with Russell Simpson, and in particular Ali Carter, over a 14-year tenancy at Upper Cheyne Row in Chelsea and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience has been consistently professional, responsive, and genuinely collaborative. Ali has been a pleasure to deal with throughout, always approachable, efficient, and thoughtful in her communication. Over such a long tenancy, what stood out most was the level of trust, continuity, and mutual respect maintained on all sides. The recent end of tenancy process was handled seamlessly and in a very fair and constructive manner, which I greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find this level of service and consistency over such a long period, and I would not hesitate to recommend Ali and the wider Russell Simpson team to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-managed experience in Prime Central London. GoogleThe videos on this agent's website are so annoying! They spend more time zoomed into cushions and candles and rubbish like that than giving you a sense of what the home layout is like. I'm not spending £3m+ on someone else's cushion taste!

GoogleWe moved our flat to Russell Simpson after being disappointed by two other local agents and I can honestly say, it was the best thing we did. From the start, they showed complete professionalism in the 'showing' of our home only bringing us well-screened potential buyers, negotiated a tricky situation with our first buyer but then found us a higher quality second buyer whose offer we accepted. They proceeded to manage the project to completion with tact and hard work. Happy clients! Big shout out to Lenard who handled the whole process with charm and efficiency. We can highly recommend.
