The whole team at Ross Nicholas were cheerful, efficient and helpful. I was a buyer for a property in Highcliffe and, although not technically their client, every assistance was given to me to get this very difficult chain through to purchase. Ross Croucher in particular liaised with my agent and solicitors beyond the call of duty with his inside knowledge and experience to keep everyone in tandem which resulted in hugely reduced stress levels. The sale would not have happened without his dedication and quiet tenacity, remaining polite to everyone. Thank you Ross Nicholas. I would highly recommended this company.

We've recently bought our new home through Ross Nicholas. Harvey was our main contact and the service provided was faultless. He went the extra mile for us and was always 100% reliable (when he said he would give us an update, one arrived). We would have no hesitation in recommending Harvey and Ross Nicholas.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Can't recommend Ross Nicholas enough. They dealt with my rental property, then with sales and they are all very experienced professionals in the office. They also have the extra caring side when things get complicated and overwhelming at times. So glad they were at hand dealing with things. They made a very difficult journey a little easier at times. Thank you all.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The entire Ross Nicholas team were incredibly communicative and responsive throughout our transaction which occurred during the completely unprecedented period of end of the Stamp Duty holiday. Justin was our direct agent and he was incredible, ‘owned’ the deal from start to finish, took on activities outside of his direct responsibilities to ensure the deal went through. We hit some complications, Justin was front of foot suggesting practical mitigations and solutions, that we used and saved the deal from the jaws of defeat. Had it of gone west, we’d of lost a lot of money, our belongings spread across multiple storage units and us needing to find a rental (when there are none as everyone is trying to move to the coast with the new work from home focus!) with 3 dogs, in a week… Horrifying, the stakes were high, but we worked with Justin to craft a solution that worked for everyone, this is what being a good estate agent is all about. Ross Nicholas will be my first port of call when we wish to sell and on the tip of my tongue when giving recommendations to others.
