They say a house purchase is one of the most stressful experiences of your life - and they're right ... but when I was on the verge of giving up Laurence from Rolfe East stepped in and took (nearly) all the pain away. We moved quite a distance and it wasn't easy to view the property at a time convenient to all parties - this is where the virtual viewing facility came into its own. Wow, close ups of everything we forgot to look at in the flesh and a measuring tool to see where our furniture would fit (although don't take this as absolutely accurate). Don't be shy about asking what you might think are silly questions, they will endeavour to get the answer for you. There is work to do, but I know this will be the home of our dreams. From the first trawl of properties in the area Rolfe East stood out. They were quick to respond and arrange a virtual viewing that was followed up by a real time visit to the property. We have had superbly professional, realistic, enthusiastic and communicative help from Laurence and Sophie at Rolfe East, backed up by efficient and friendly phone communications from Megan and Natalie. Our house sold for the asking price in just 5 days. We would recommend - and already have recommended - Rolfe East to friends and neighbours, or indeed anyone. The blurb on our house was excellent and was informed by Laurence's knowledge of the London market and the trends in our area. We received it a matter of hours after his valuation visit. He also followed up with detailed information on all the similar properties sold within a month of our valuation, which was exceptionally helpful in guiding our asking price. The photographs were beautiful, including a brilliant 3D model, helping online viewers to visualise the property to.its best advantage. Laurence also understood the character and potential in a tired 170 year old cottage with listing constraints, conservation area limitations and an unattached garden. We could not fault their work on our behalf, even backing us when time constraints caused some tensions towards the end of the process. The whole process felt safe and dependable and we will always be grateful for their help.
