I haven’t ended up buying a property through this estate agent, but they have genuinely been the best I’ve dealt with in the Dorset area. They stayed in regular contact, kept me updated, and even let me know about properties before they officially came to market. Ash and the team been very supportive for us, a first time buyer couple. They sealed the proposed offer very quickly, they communicated between us and owner very transparently and timely. Ash showed us home couple of times outside of hours and even waited my silly questions and measurements patiently:) toward to final stages we were on a very tight schedule but with their chase to solicitors of both party and owner itself we managed to move in time. Rolfe East excelled themselves with the handling of a rather complicated house sale. Under solicitors instructions we had to get three estate agent valuations before matters could progress and Laurence's approach to the whole process was head and shoulders above the other two. What started, thanks to solicitors dragging their heels, as a very frustrating business was soon turned around by the very professional work carried out by Laurence to get the property to market and the excellent work of his team especially Megan who was brilliant throughout. Viewings came the first week and followed at regular intervals. This was down to the excellent sales skills shown by Laurence who could show people the potential of the property rather than just letting people walk around on their own. Something sadly lacking with a lot of estate agents. The house was sold with us being kept informed of the progress throughout. I would certainly recommend Rolfe East their whole approach is excellent
