GoogleFriendly and helpful team generally. High contract fees despite sending out the wrong contract which we had to spot. Will force people to write reviews in the office so that's why they are so nice!

GoogleI purchased a property through Rolfe East, who provided great service along the way, especially from both David and Anna, always in communication, working hard for both buyer and the seller to drive the process forward towards completion - nothing was too much trouble! Thanks!

GoogleI was really happy with the service of Sasha Kumari. She was professional, gentile and nice. Sasha showed to really care for what I was looking for and tried to find a solution, she showed interest for my priorities and tried to adapt and find an option that meet my needs. I would definitely want to work with her a next time.

GoogleRolfe East found the perfect flat for us in west Ealing. They understand your needs very well. I definetely recommend them if you look for a flat in London. Not only renting the flat but during the tenancy they are very helpful, quick and polite. If we go back to London, we will knock Rolfe East's door first to find a place. Special Thanks Gabriela and Claudia! 5 stars :)

Also, at the agency everybody was very friendly. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent a property.

GoogleOverall I found the process ran smoothly with Rolfe East - Ash is a nice chap and easy to work with. Would certainly buy or sell through them again.
5/5
GoogleJames and later Ashe both were professional, understanding and knowledgeable. They showed great patience as the sale process took over 18 months due to probate issues and complications. They took last minute unforeseen problems with ease. They helped with a long and sometimes stressful period of me being an executor of the estate. Thank you very much.

GoogleAsh helped us along the process of purchasing our first home, providing a the best advice and attention at all times. He was honest and understanding with us, and I believe the previous owner of our flat felt the same. We were very pleased with him and would definitely recommend his services to other people.
5/5
GoogleRolfe East are a respectful and professional estate agent. I have had such bad experiences with other estate agents who were rude, pushy and threatening, it was a welcome relief to have found them. Having recently bought a house through them I would highly recommend using them.
5/5
GoogleAsh & James were endlessly helpful, easy to understand and responsive in all communication (email, phone, texts). Rolfe East seem to know Acton better than other agents and I always felt they would deliver for us.
