We sold with Rolfe East in the madness era of stamp duty relief. It took 10 months, three buyers and patience on all sides. When we first enquired about selling, Laurence came armed with plenty of background work on valuation, costs were reasonable and terms were convenient on all sides. Photos were excellent and plenty of them and floor plans had all the measurements (which some still do not do??). During viewings and the selling, Sophie kept us well informed with many out of hours phone calls and maintained communication to the end...which did drag on more than expected. Meagan in the office kept everyone together. The office certainly was a good team with good team spirit, which we felt part of - thank you. Rolfe East are by far the best estate agents I have experienced. For one thing they always returned our calls or responded to emails within a few hours if they were not in the office to take our call. They liaised with our buyer, buyers chain and always kept us informed of how the sale was going. In particular Sophie (our agent) was so helpful, patient and hard working, often ringing us evenings and weekends to update us , daily at some points.
