GoogleAnother agency in London stealing money and doing a poor job. They will never help the tenant and the issues that might arise in the property. If you want peace of mind, do not go with them.

GoogleWe finally settle downed. A week passed, and we really like our new home. We are so lucky to meet agent Ranj, during the letting process there are lots of documents need to be prepared, we got so many questions need to be answered. GoogleI was recently involved in helping to re-home a relative. Initially, the brief was to buy a house but that changed to finding a rental property. Sam, Ashley and Ranj have been really kind and supportive and have been available to help at every step of the way. They have understood the brief, responded promptly and been very patient. Definitely nice people to do business with. I would highly recommend them if you are searching for a property to either buy or rent.

GoogleYes, was fantastic when Ashley was around. However when business is good …. They open up more branches …… this leads to a drop in quality of service ........nice guy, Ashley, who has worked extremely HARD to get the business to where it is now!

GoogleKept in touch well. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly. The estate agent I dealt with was very efficient and pleasant. I would give 5 stars but she was not available when I moved hence spent quite a while learning where all the switches, valves, touchscreens were, what to do with them not to mention the downloading of an app to operate the electric radiators. Possibly just a consequence of moving into an ultra modern flat.PositiveProfessionalism
