The process was made smooth and as stress free as possible, fundamentally because Eddie and his team (special shout out to Matt!) are so easy to work with - they are highly professional, responsive and transparent. Extremely proactive management of the end-to-end process, through clear communication about interested prospective buyers, the way that viewings were communicated, scheduled and conducted and the oversight provided until we completed (a smooth process, with sale and purchase within 3.5 months).
