He was able to answer all of our questions, including some quite niche ones, with confidence and detail. A pleasure to deal with and a real credit to Robinson Estate Agents. Highly recommended.

GoogleThe immersion heating element failed at my rental property last week. Reported it using Robinsons easy to use portal - the issue was fixed within 24 hours. Professional trades people. The office staff at Robinsons are always helpful and quick to respond. Special mention to Julian, very accommodating as usual. Have been with Robinsons for 6 plus years, cant fault a thing.

Eddie and Ronnie have an incredible depth of knowledge regarding the Maidenhead market, which really showed in the results. On both occasions, they found serious, well-positioned buyers who were ready to proceed quickly. Their guidance during the negotiation stage was invaluable, ensuring I achieved a fair price while keeping the deal on track. Communication was excellent throughout; they kept me fully informed of all viewings and offers, making what can be a stressful process feel very manageable. Professional, proactive, and reliable.

GoogleMy partner and I used Robinsons after we had seen a house they were selling. At this stage we did not have an estate agent, but after Eddie had showed us around a house we were viewing we came away thinking how professional and knowledgeable he was. We later contacted him to go through his agency. It was the best decision we made. He made the process completely stress free, answered any questions we had and only contacted us when it was required. No pressure, no stress. He took into account our views on what we valued our house at and completed some off the market promotions. We sold our house within a week of it being up and again Eddie was very professional when contacting us as we were away with work at the time, reaching out only when he had all the information. During the process, we came across many other estate agents from different agencies and it always confirmed we had made an excellent decision going with Robinsons - no one compared. We could not recommend Robinsons more, and have already given his name to several of our friends and contacts.

GoogleHighly recommend Robinsons Estate Agents. Having previously listed with one of the large high street chains this was a breath of fresh air. Straight talking, reliable, switched on and great communication throughout. Also as a small team you know exactly who you're dealing with at all times and who is going to be showing people around your house. If you are looking to list in the Maidenhead area I would strongly suggest avoiding the big chains and going with a Robinsons as a local firm with many years experience of the housing market.
