I recently used Robinson Estate Agents to rent out my home in Maidenhead. During this time I was under a lot of stress as a family member was severely ill in another country, which meant I couldn’t be in Maidenhead to handle much of what needed to be done. Eddie and his team went above and beyond to help and support me in this process. This ranged from the big things like finding the right tenants for the property to the little things like ensuring which items I wanted to leave behind. The team has an amazing attention to detail along with a courtesy and consideration for people’s feelings that is sometimes hard to find nowadays in our all too busy world. We sold our house in March 2024 with the expert help of the Robinson team lead by Eddie. The process was made smooth and as stress free as possible, fundamentally because Eddie and his team (special shout out to Matt!) are so easy to work with - they are highly professional, responsive and transparent. I valued Eddie's advice when consulting ahead of marketing the property that we sold. Extremely proactive management of the end-to-end process, through clear communication about interested prospective buyers, the way that viewings were communicated, scheduled and conducted and the oversight provided until we completed (a smooth process, with sale and purchase within 3.5 months). This was the 3rd property that Eddie has marketed and taken to a completed sale for me and I would not hesitate to use his approachable, friendly and professional company again!

Eddie and his team at Robinson Estate Agents are exceptional. After a miserable experience with one of the major High St names in Maidenhead (unrealistic pricing, poor communication, a mere three viewings in two months, ‘stick it on and they will come’ approach), Eddie and Kipp came to our rescue. Eddie is professional and personable who quickly establishes a rapport and takes an interest in all aspects of your property so he’s able to answer all prospective buyers’ queries and sell it effectively. He listened to us, gave great insight into the local market and provided honest feedback. He arranged photos and a floorplan that were considerably more detailed than the previous agent could be bothered to provide and consequently delivered 3x as many viewings before the property had been marketed properly. As a result we were able to accept an offer for asking price within four days of it being listed that enabled us to secure our #1 choice in Bath.
