Unlike other agents that proclaim to have a network of potential buyers, he and his team do actually produce viable candidates, one of which was our eventual buyer. He remained engaged, helpful and attentive through the ups and downs of the process. We would have no hesitation in using his services again.

GoogleAfter a very disappointing experience with a large High St agent, we moved to Robinson’s. They uploaded our brochure online on a Friday, had lined up a viewing the following Wednesday, with a serious offer made on the Thursday. The end to end handling was so incredibly genuine and thorough that as first time sellers, we struggled to understand what all the bad press about the UK market was about. Eddie and Matt oversaw our sale and didn’t go missing at any stage - always available to chat through everything and not “shmarmy” and disinterested like our previous agents. We were given a customised service, rather than the conveyor belt treatment and we believe their attention to detail is what got our place sold in such an unbelievably fast window, in a market flooded with properties exactly like ours. They were friendly and welcoming, going the extra mile to not only ensure we enjoyed good viewings, but also keeping us up to date with what else was coming on the market. GoogleBooked to see a property, was initially accommodating and helpful over the phone. Estate agent was late arriving to the property and very casual in his manner when he did get there. Quite dismissive and rude in nature, then proceeded to whistle loudly whilst we looked around the house, this was not only hugely irritating but disrespectful and showed a lack of interest. Sarcastically answered questions about the property and told us “a road is a road” when asking about the volume of traffic nearby, a basic question you’d expect an estate agent to be able to answer without flippancy. The attitude of the man who showed us the property was enough to put me off even enquiring about any other houses in their range. Wouldn’t recommend using them from the view of a seller or a buyer.

GoogleIncredibly disappointed in the lack of professionalism in Robinsons. They attempted to retain a large chunk of our deposit, despite not allowing our professional cleaners back in the property to rectify items. 99% of letting agents allow you do this. I have no idea why Robinsons 'policy' does not. They tried to scare us by saying that they would have to hold onto the whole of our deposit if we went to dispute (which is untrue). They caused a huge amount of stress for us while we were trying to leave the property, and despite our repainting half the house, they tried to charge us for the repaint of a wall in our bedroom, despite it being 'fair wear and tear'. They also said during inspections that our home was 'unclean' which was untrue and incredibly upsetting. I have never experienced such hassle with a letting agent before.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Therefore with the limited experience we have had I will have to rate them 1/5* for poor communication. However did respond and make an effort to rectify the poor communication therefore review changed to 4/5*
