GoogleExcellent throughout the whole process. It was a more tricky sale than the norm as it involved negotiating times and dates with two tenants. Having attempting to sell with a bigger agent a year ago, which resulted in a poorly organised shambles I was really pleased with the detail and care taken. I have no hesitation in recommending Clarke and his team

GoogleBrilliant, just Brilliant !! I cannot praise Robert Cooper enough for their help. Everyone we have dealt with have been amazingly professional and have found answers to any problems we have encountered, from needing gardener's or house clearance specialists to roof repairers. The sale of the property was efficient and supported with constant communication, we always knew what was happening. I believe that both buyers and sellers were guided through the sale in as stress free way as possible, never an easy task given all the complications and different moving cogs involved. Armaan was faultless in his role and deserves the highest praise, although everybody we dealt through was also fantastic in their genuine need to help. Five stars really isn't enough, I'd give them ten.

GoogleReview as a buyer: Our dealings with Robert Cooper weren't by choice as we were buying one of their client's houses, yet we were treated impeccably from the start of the process. From the moment our offer was accepted, they were proactive, professional and beyond helpful with driving our purchase to completion. Without them going above and beyond, the process would have been entirely painful given a few complications towards the end. Thank you in particular to Clarke Pursey for everything you've done to get us over the line. And to top it off, a beautiful house warming gift. It's truly appreciated. P.s. your 360 virtual tour has been a god send in truly representing the house and planning for new furniture and cosmetic changes!

GoogleMy property was recently let by Robert Cooper. I decided to move to a local estate agent in the hope that I would receive a more personal service. I have not been disappointed, the service has been fantastic from start to finish. Rohaan was professional, attentive, and very responsive right from the start. Nothing was too much trouble and I appreciated the advice and support he provided in getting the right tenants. Tamara was able to get the referencing and contract in place very quickly, answering any questions I had along the way. I have been so impressed that I have already introduced them to a family member.

GoogleHaving worked in the conveyancing industry myself for many years, I have yet to deal with any firm of estate agents who are as professional, conscientious and friendly as Robert Cooper. We marketed our property back in January and Clarke Pursey secured a buyer for us very quickly. Unfortunately, that transaction fell through and Clarke and his team immediately re-marketed our property and successfully secured another buyer within weeks. George, Armaan and Clarke have been exceptional - always corresponding with me by email and telephone, providing updates and managing the entire process (albeit stressful) with understanding and ease. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! If you want your sale/purchase dealt with by a team who treat you like you are their only customer(!) Robert Cooper (Eastcote) is the place to go!

The professionalism, drive and realistic advice was the major driver to selling our property. Especially in the current economic climate, there was times where we thought about coming of the market, but having Clarke and his team gave us the reassurance we needed - and that faith paid off. Always hard selling a property, at any time - is it the right time? But the teams knowledge, support and experience was invaluable.
