GoogleWe recently sold our property through Robert Cooper which was a positive experience and Reina done a good job keeping us informed. Sadly, We did find letting our property through Robert Cooper a negative experience as the landlord. Easy to get hold of and quick responses.

GoogleAfter lots of research on reputable estate agents in the Eastcote area we chose Robert Cooper along with 2 others to list our property. I have continued to be impressed with their dedication and professionalism throughout this process, Clark Pugsley in particular has provided a level of customer service and customer care that goes above an beyond most, through what could’ve been a very stressful time in such a tough market. GoogleWe both sold and brought through robert cooper. Well all I can say is they were incredible. Clarke for us make the whole process feel less stressful. He’s professionalism and care was excellent. Every problem that arose he was there to help us navigate through it and made it feel seamless. I can’t thank him enough for the incredible work, time and effort both he personally and the team put in to help us. Thank you again

GoogleIn my experience, these guys provide a brilliant service. I have rented a property (as a landlady) through them since last year. Both Armaan and Rohaan were extremely professional. There has always been someone at the end of the phone. You can see the professionalism not just in the staff but also when you walk into their offices at South Ruislip - bright, clean, organised space. Thanks so much for making everything unstressful and keep up the good work.

GoogleI reserved a new build at Howard House since October last year. Waited for 6 months, and now that the developer is still struggling to obtain the new build warranty. Now I recently saw some new rentals at Howard House also provided by Robert Cooper, and it says that “The apartment is being offered unfurnished and ready to move into end of January 2023.” They suddenly decide to let the property and it is ready to move in now, while I am still waiting endlessly hoping for any news. I wonder if Robert Cooper has decided to abandoned the buyers of this building. I applied help to buy to purchase this property. Now that no new applications are accepted, I can only wait for this purchase. I mean I cannot blame the agent for the delay, that’s why I am giving 2 stars. But the agent must be aware of the situation anyway, yet they hide the fact that the developer has been stuck at some point since last April. I was misled that the property had been completed and the contract could have been exchanged in 1 month. When I was told about the fact it was not completed yet, it’s been too late for applying help to buy on another property.

GoogleI was dealing with Armaan Salpekar during my 2nd half of property purchase process. He was excellent with his response time, understanding and clear communications between all parties. Armaan helped speed up the entire process and that gave the real momentum we needed to close the deal. I'm very happy with his service and I'm sure his other clients feel the same as well. My wife and I address him as Mr. Bolt Speed :) because of the speed at which he replies to all our email, phone queries and closes the topics well. Good job Armaan ! And thank you George Gorry for your good service during the entire process.

GoogleCompletely unprofessional, useless as they can’t even get the details right on the property listing. Got bullied first as they threatened they had exclusivity when in fact it had expired & threatened me to pay the agent fees. Then had to provide evidence saying there is no exclusivity .. not even an apology but they changed the service % fees. They changed the service fees % agreed after finding a prospective tenant. In business trust is important which they don’t have. Refrain from this letting agent both landlords & tenants.

GoogleTrying to get hold of someone from lettings department for 6 days. Called every day, they've asked for my details each time and told me someone will get back to me, which never happened. When confronted the lady told me they are extremely busy. Asked her if they have a 5 day backlog and she just repeated herself saying they are very busy.

GoogleDear Robert Cooperson , It is so disgusting what the lettings team doing I been calling for the Nibthwait house for days and all the times the lettings team been so busy that they couldn’t answer. Finally when I have managed to speak to a lady then she have taken my details and then I have asked about the pets and she said she will check with the landlord and get back to me what never happened this was on Friday. Today as Monday the property no longer available… I don’t know what professionals does this job but is just disgusting!

GoogleMighty glad to see the back of them - a brief but awful sales experience with Clarke Pursey at the Eastcote branch. 👎 Clarke’s pre-sales patter bore zero resemblance to reality. The so-called ‘exclusive waiting list’ of committed buyers for our very popular street was in reality a gaggle of uninformed bargain hunters. His so-called ‘team’ of negotiators were more interested in personal gain than in sharing sales info with their colleagues & getting the best deal for us. Time & again staff failed to share important info we’d provided - info that made our property & circumstances very appealing to buyers. But above all - we became so alarmed by the viewing chaos (over 30 x 15min contiguous viewings for a substantial home - before our house was even on the market), that we had to quickly warn our neighbours - one of whom promptly offered to buy the house! So in the end Clarke & co. shot themselves in the foot - they lost their commission due to their own unprofessional & self-serving conduct.
