GooglePlease do not believe what they are telling you before you parted your hard earned deposit. Get signed agreement as they lie a lot. They have refused refund my deposit before even I signed contract, as I found out they have lied on their promise.

The fully managed service is professional and highly responsive, which takes care of the commercial needs of the landlord and the duty of care to the tenant in a way that ensures mutual happiness, safety and care of the home and property. While it took around six months to complete due to various challenges along the way, they remained patient, professional, and genuinely committed to helping us reach the finish line. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond, accommodating what must have been endless viewing requests and always being there to answer our questions, no matter how big or small. GoogleWe couldn’t have asked for more when we employed Robert Cooper to sell our house. Clark and Riean worked tirelessly to find us a buyer as we were looking for a quick sale. Our property went live on a Monday and was sold by Saturday. Not only did they sell our property for us but they also found us our dream home to move in to. Once we began the process of the sale and purchase we were handed over to Sherry who is absolutely incredible; she worked between both solicitors for the sale and the purchase to ensure that everything that needed to be done was processed correctly, she was always there at the other end of the phone with her friendly demeanour to answer any of our questions and is just a genuinely really lovely person! Hand on heart we couldn’t be happier with them as an agent and would highly recommend for anyone to use them for the sale or purchase of their home in the future. GoogleWe met a number of estate agents when we were looking to sell our bungalow. Clarke had us at hello. He was a cut above the rest. He valued and marketed the property with great thought and care. He was always available when we had questions and also took the time to give us regular updates on how things were progressing. He worked hard to achieve an offer over the asking price. He was lovely throughout. Sherry took over when it came time for conveyancing. Sherry was just as approachable and contactable. She pushed the solicitors and did a tremendous job to coordinate the entire process. Sherry went above and beyond to get us to exchange. If you are looking to buy or sell a home there is only one choice, Robert Cooper. They were considerate, thoughtful, friendly, approachable, candid, tenacious and just a delight to work with.

GoogleI've just completed on my property and Riean and Sherry have been incredible along the way. My journey started with Riean who was SO kind and reassuring throughout. When I put my offer in, Riean came back to me multiple times and supported me with this. Now Sherry....she has been a Godsend. She's been SO patient, SO kind, chased up emails and calls for months, she's an incredible Sales progressor. She really makes you feel super calm and again supports you along the way. Honestly, i can't thank them both enough.
