GoogleCalled Robert Cooper on 4 occasions to enquire about a property to let, each time they promised a call back but never did. After a week of chasing, I finally got a call back saying a deposit had been taken on the property. The property still remains on all property websites with no indication that it's no longer available almost a week after they told me the deposit was taken. Staff were very unhelpful.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI just wanted to say a huge thank you to Tadhg. I have lived in a lot of rental properties around the area over the years, and the service from the agents has been "fine". Tadhg was a cut above. There was no hard sell, and his sole focus was on making sure that I was happy. He was patient, very well informed about the area, extremely personable, and most importantly was upfront with me throughout. He always got back to me quickly upon any queries I had, and even checked in with me after I had moved in to see how I was getting on. In short, an amazing service from start to finish. Thank you very, very much - it would be 6 stars if I had my choice!!

GoogleA big thank you to Armaan Salpekar who handled our case. We had a viewing with him, he was on time and very professional throughout the entire process. We had put down an offer, everything moved very swiftly and he was very quick to get it all sorted and get a response for us within hours. We unfortunately had to pull out due to a change of circumstances, and unlike other agencies where they want to strip you of every penny this agency was fair and returned our deposit to us. Definitely recommend the agent as well as this agency. Thanks Armaan!
