I’ll give Rohaan and Tamara 10 stars if there was that option. Moved from the states and worked with several agents prior to meeting them, I can say for a fact they are different. Rohaan is a very good communicator. Our emails were like playing a fast ping pong game: prompt and he followed up with phone calls. He seemed to have my interest and landlords at heart. And patiently guided me through every step till I found a spot, then came Tamara and she just followed with the same professionalism Rohaan had started with. To me the two are the dream agents anyone would want to have. I’m laying in my beautiful bungalow now happy to say I’m beyond happy with their service. They blew it out of the park. Professional✅ Friendly ✅ communication ✅ listening ✅ customer satisfaction ✅ . I would not hesitate to snatch them from their company if I was hiring. Bravo !!!!

I would highly recommend Robert Cooper agency and specifically Aarman. I just purchased my first home and as a first time buyer, had loads of worries and haven’t understood the process in full. I have been looked after along the way. Great communication from Aarman, any questions were answered in a timely manner, any phone call returned without a wait. This sale wasn’t an easy one as there was chain involved but Aarman made sure that things has been followed through and vendors were updated promptly during the process. I also received beautiful flowers as a welcome gift which was a great gesture. Thank you

From first valuation by Clarke, through to completion, Robert Cooper were a delight to deal with. Ours was not a straightforward sale and we hit a few bumps along the way but all were dealt with professionally and stoically. Special mention to George G who was 'on it' during the final stages of sale, exchange and completion. Its the most anxious time and his responsiveness and actions made the process a great deal easier. Will be using again.

Booked a viewing. Didn't email me the full details of the property. I came here and expected a call when I was in the area because I had no idea where the flat was. I call the agency and they assure me they'd have the agent call me back. Does not call me back. I spent 15 minutes looking for the property and when I finally found it the guys already left. I have to call back. They transfer me and hung up on me. I call them back again just for the agent to let me know he's too busy to show it to me now. Wasting my bloody time.

Clarke Pursey - Simply the Best! If you are looking to sell then look no further than Robert Cooper. What a superb service. We have just exchanged on our property in Eastcote, with completion imminent. Clarke is Head of Sales and for good reason. He valued the property initially and exuded professionalism from the "off".
