We recently sold and bought a house through Richard Kendall with Sarah as our estate agent. She was brilliant throughout, she always kept us up to date with weekly updates, chased replies from solicitors/ other parties in the chain and anticipated our needs when different issues cropped up, making a stressful process a lot easier! We can’t thank Sarah and the rest of the Richard Kendall team enough for all their help! We highly recommend!

GREAT SERVICE FROM RICHARD KENDALL, BUT BEWARE OF RECOMMENDED PARTNERS We recently used Richard Kendall as our estate agents, and overall, the experience was very positive. Lucy was absolutely fantastic, she always answered our calls and emails promptly with a friendly and professional attitude. Her support and guidance throughout the process were invaluable, and she made a potentially stressful time much easier to navigate. However, there were a couple of frustrations. Firstly, the "Sold" sign was not collected for over a month despite me repeatedly asking. Each time, I was told it had been logged in their system, yet no one came to remove it. Only after I expressed my frustration and informed them I would dispose of the sign myself was it finally collected within the week. The second, and far bigger issue, was their recommendation to use one of their approved solicitors, Core Legal. From the outset, I made it clear that communication was my top priority when choosing a solicitor. Despite this, I was referred to Core Legal, who turned out to have the brain cells of a fish and the communication skills of a sloth. Their service was abysmal, unresponsive, unprofessional, and downright infuriating. What should have been a simple process turned into a prolonged nightmare due to their incompetence. I strongly urge Richard Kendall to reconsider Core Legal’s inclusion on their list of approved partners, as their shocking performance reflects poorly on an otherwise excellent estate agency. Despite these frustrations, I would still recommend Richard Kendall for their professional and attentive service during the property sale, Lucy’s support was especially outstanding. However, be cautious about their solicitor recommendations.

Donna and Suzanne were amazing for the purchase of our family home. They were professional, and kept us informed with every step. They chased solicitors on a regular basis and answered any questions we had. Our only regret was not using them for the sale of our property, as we could not fault the service provided.

I live in Las Vegas and I purchased a home for my parents on line with Richard Kendall Estate. Donna and Suzanne were always very responsive to my questions (and I had a lot as we do things very differently in the USA). Mandy from Richard Kendall was absolutely incredible and is a real credit to Richard Kendall's. Our sale and purchase ended up being a much longer, drawn out process than we expected (legal complexities etc) but Mandy was amazing at helping us push these through. She was proactive at giving us updates, chasing the relevant parties and basically keeping us sane! Thank you Mandy, we couldn't have got through it without you!

Be careful with this agency as they are charging for everything, looking for gaps to charge you as much as they can from deposit and they absolutely unhelpful people working there. Also all paperwork taking them very long time to rent anything.

Thank you to Suzanne and Donna for their excellent service. Between our solicitor, the buyers solicitor and the letting agency, this was a long and extremely frustrating process but, both Suzanne and Donna constantly chased this up and gave me regular updates. This could have been much more stressful if they weren’t, ‘on it’ . I would definitely use Kendall’s Estate Agents again.

Richard Kendall were excellent from start to finish. From the evaluation of the property, Roger was very friendly and honest about the market and gave a good valuation. Sarah Whalley, was very friendly and efficient, and kept me updated at every stage of the process, both with regular phone calls and emails. It did take 4 months overall, due to a renegotiation of the price, so it did take longer than expected, however we got there in the end. I realise it isn't usually a quick process. Overall, Richard Kendall were a very reliable Estate Agent to use from a Seller's perspective. I would recommend them and use them again in future.
