GoogleRoger Hall visited us and gave us a valuation in October, after reviewing other estate agents we agreed to go ahead with Richard Kendall a week later. In the space of just 15 days we had an offer we had accepted on our property. We were buying a new build property with a long lead time (6 months), and Richard Kendall were fantastic in ensuring our prospective buyers (and anyone else in the chain) knew of the situation. I can't fault the speed or communication of the team, particularly Karen Dawson who helped us at every step.

GoogleJust sold my mother’s house through Richard Kendal. I have to say that they were absolutely superb and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Mandy who dealt with our sale has been absolutely terrific and has taken so much stress out of the process by dealing with all solicitors and other estate agents. I am confident that the sale would not have gone through when it did without her involvement.

GoogleSarah kept us informed the whole way through the process which was very useful in what turned out to be a rather stressful process, not in any way due to Sarah’s work. She was always responsive via email or followed up with a phone call. Thank you! I would mention the initial viewing of our house felt rushed with the key holder wanting to rush off to his next appointment and not knowing where keys were. This should be addressed and give people time to take everything in, as it’s a big decision, made in 10-15 minutes. Luckily Sarah arranged an extended visit when we could measure up and take a closer look later in the purchasing process.

GoogleLeah at Ossett Richard Kendal dealt with the purchase of our new house and worked on behalf of the vendor. However she was an absolute superstar, she was always in contact and checked in with us and kept us up to date. She went up and beyond for us even though she was not working on our behalf. She kept me very sane in a the mix of a very stressful time of moving house.
