GoogleSo slow on getting back to us, very unprofessional ,when we did manage to get a viewing they sent someone who knew nothing about the property, no help what so ever, would not want to sell my home through this branch, it would never sell as nobody seems to care about work .....NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would. They don't address problems reported to them that arise with the property during a tenancy and then try to take the money to fix it from the bond upon the tenant vacating the property. Renters beware!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAt first they were helpful but when we viewed the property their representative didn't know anything about the house, very unprofessional. When we went to sign up they didn't have any answers ready for standard questions like where the keys were for the windows, instructions for things in the house like how the heating system worked. They omitted to say that the gas fire in the house was capped off because it was dangerous until I specifically asked the question and that the landlord would not repair or replace it. They only seemed to be interested in getting the place rented and it was very much buyer beware and just get it signed for and stop being a pain by asking questions or expecting them to work for their fee.
