Really helpful staff, nothing is too much trouble or hassle. Highly recommended. Kelly especially is extremely quick at finding out information and always gets back to you. Can't say the whole process was straightforward due to certain aspects (nothing to do with RK), but Kelly reassured us and got everything up and running smoothly!! :)
