GoogleEveryone was nice and polite on the phone and helpful, but we have been quite disappointed in a few aspects though. We did feel the our house was massively overvalued to start with, but trusted the expertise of the agent. We have had to drop the price twice and now after we want to use a different agent we have been told we have to wait 28 days, which is frustrating.

GoogleBrilliant right from the very beginning of this journey, Sarah has been in contact at all stages, excellent communication making things easy and nothing is an issue. Having had experience of another estate agent the difference is like chalk and cheese. They listen to your needs and listen to you. Highly recommend Richard Kendall

GoogleUsed Richard Kendalls for my property sale and had Lucy who was professional and a great communicator throughout. Despite some challenges with selling due to difficult market, Lucy was proactive with ideas as to how to help the sale and I appreciated her honesty throughout the process. Would highly recommend Richard Kendall for property sale.

GoogleEDIT - The truth is in countdown www.richardkendall.agency If you want to be fobbed off, verbally talked down to and even experience attempts of extortion all whilst trying to live in a house that you pay a lot of money each month for then Richard Kendall estate agents along with staff Carol Roger’s, Allanah Kelly, Isaac Brocklehurst along with landlords Zosimo and Anne Kathleen Vietes are exactly who you need. Slow and ignored repairs. House full of mould and damp. Report withheld. Move an adult son in which is allowed by the tenancy agreement and they start trying to extort you and only stop with a legal demand to stop. When house condition is so bad you demand rectification they issue a retaliatory Section 21 notice. Now having to have property inspected by council and independent damp people. Then when trying to oblige their illegal section 21 they block you viewing other property. I am not a nut job I have rented for over 20 years in 5 properties (this is my sixth). I have never, ever experienced such malpractice by an agent as I am now. What’s worse is they have got themselves in a position where they won’t reach out for remedy and are digging the hole deeper and deeper. Still waiting on the handy man Allanah. Bedroom 2 now the living room it’s so bad and no lounge. But. I will keep paying the rent

You are able to look at this yourself by reviewing the T&C's of each individual portal. You posted the full names of your landlord, which is a breach of your agreement with these websites. Whilst we appreciate you feel it necessary to air your grievances online to apply pressure on the company and your Landlords, we prefer to deal with this serious matter individually with all parties involved in a professional manner. GoogleI have been meaning to write a review for a while. We moved to Wakefield 10 years ago. We rented our house through the Horbury office. Always helpful and get back to you. Then we started looking for our 1st bought home 7 years ago. When viewing, Richard Kendall always get back to you. Other agents don't always. I would say 50/50. But Richard Kendall without fail. The buying process was smooth with them. When we came to sell, we didn't go anywhere else, because above all customer service is king. We didn't even compare prices as we knew we would go with then whatever. That is what a great brand does. Bought our 2nd house with them and Catherine, Lucie and especially Melanie were always helpful and understanding. Richard Kendall are not just a great estate agent. They are a great business with customer service at the heart. This is why they are so successful. Thanks.

GoogleI'd like to share my wonderful experience with Jessica Judd at Richard Kendall. From start to finish, Jessica made our renting process incredibly smooth. We trully appreciate Jessica's professionalism and clear communication. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and her attention to detail ensured that everything was taken care of efficiently. She was extremly helpfull in getting all details negotianted with a landlord. Jessica was not only highly competent, but she also had a friendly approach. Her dedication to providing excellent service made all the difference in our renting experience. GoogleAvoid!! Staff were rude, aggressive and lied to us about the state of the house, which had a hole in the roof, all window seals were blown, asbestos ceiling tiles in the living room and there was no insulation in the loft on Gladstone street in normanton. After telling them about these issues, they said it was duely noted but won't be informing future purchasers of the property about these issues claiming they were under no obligation to even after the solicitor’s survey came back with the same problems.
