I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from DDM. As a developer, I’ve dealt with quite a few agencies, and these guys really stand out. They were on top of everything from start to finish always chasing things up, keeping the process moving, and pushing to get the deal over the line as quickly as possible. It made a big difference having that level of support. What I appreciated most was how fair they were throughout. They handled things properly for both me as the seller and the buyer, which you don’t always see. It felt balanced and honest the whole way through. Communication was great, always clear and straightforward, and I always knew where things stood. Overall, just a really solid, professional service. Would definitely recommend DDM. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I let my property with them. Pretty good at finding a tenant. Not so responsive after and a bit disorganised in communication which is frustrating and stressful. Comes with the territory I guess. (Update: had a call from director of Lettings who is working to improve responsiveness and tighten up the service. Fair play and I appreciate the outreach)

Richard James sold our mum's house in Wellingborough. The whole process, from putting it on the market to completion, was just 2 months, so we were delighted about that. We found the staff pleasant, efficient and professional throughout. Richard treated our elderly mum with consideration and respect and all the staff were goid at keeping us informed and updated. The valuation was accurate, we were happy with the price we got and Richard James' fees were reasonable. So we were happy customers!

I met Richard and after a very positive meeting I was confident that I was in very capable hands. The photo shoot was speedily and professionaly presented and the brochure appeared as if by magic.Everything in fact was smooth, the input from the sales office enthusuastic and on point. The Sales team/ client visits were conducted in a friendly way.Finally the sale was concluded in a very efficient manner. I would give my total experience with the Agency a 100% note of satisfaction. We have just sold our rental property and Richard James were on point at every stage. They were proactive and professional and completely held their patience as hubby and I could barely ever answer the phone due to meetings.
