GoogleWe’ve only ever used these estate agents so to be honest we have nothing to compare it with but we found the experience to be very easy would use again for sure. They marketed our property in the right price bracket And found us a buyer very quickly in fact we sold in about 27 hours and we found a property to purchase with richard James, which was also very quick and easy, The whole process from our property going on the market, Finding a buyer and finding a house to buy and moving in only took 14 weeks.

GoogleI can thoroughly recommend Richard James Irthlingborough branch. We were first time buyers and they helped us so much to understand the process and to keep us updated from the sellers end. All in all 12 weeks from start to finish and I’m sure it would have been longer if it wasn’t for them. Olly, Amanda and Mike are a fab team and I can safely say if we ever planned on selling they’d be the team we went to. Thanks again guys!
