GoogleI had a great experience with Elizabeth Powell, my solicitors really disappointed me but Elizabeth came through constantly updating me and trying to push things from her end. It was my first time moving house so I am massively grateful for her timely responses and it felt as though I had someone in my corner!

Googletried to view 2 properties (cash buyer). 1st one in Dec I had to cancel the viewing and asked could I rearrange. The answer was ' so you want to cancel' so I gave up. 2nd property Feb I asked to view and told they 'don't do Tuesdays for viewings', that was the only day in the wk my son could come with me. The property was less than 1/2 a mile from the office. It was a 1 bed house. Asked the girl to check with the manager and told again no he wont do Tuesdays. I went in the shop to complain explaining I knew there was no viewings on it, no interest and here I am seriously interested and the 2 girls sat in the office said Michael would contact me on his return..still waiting. Now the property is no longer on the market.

GoogleThey have property for sale on Abercarn close M8 I don’t understand why they have listed for sale when someone try get viewing have to wait for a month but they still won’t get reply from owner for viewing,this property should be removed wasting people time .

GoogleElizabeth was helpful with finalising the purchase price. I believe the initial price put on the house was higher than the condition of the property. The house was newly painted to cover up the fault.

GoogleIt took a while to sell due to market conditions but Mike, Rachel and Ollie kept me updated and fully informed all the way. The team were very helpful and overcame some last minute issues with the buyer. Would thoroughly recommend the Irthlingborough branch.
