GoogleI made online enquiry for viewing, then made a phone call with the answer I will be contacted later. No one contacted me. Next day I tried again, the agent always busy, from early morning till end of the day they do not have time for you!

GoogleH&L in Penrith dealt with a probate sale for us. I dealt mainly with Jane and Jill who were both friendly,professional and approachable. The process was smooth until near the end when I felt more chasing could have been done to head towards completion. The office kept us informed of offers and gave advice along the way. All in all I would recommend the Penrith office for house sales-thank you

GoogleAs first-time buyers, we had an extremely frustrating experience with this estate agency. From the start, communication was incredibly poor. We were kept in the dark about important developments, specifically, the sellers pulling out of a property they were interested in. Shockingly, we weren’t even informed until they had already pulled out of a second one! Despite being reassured multiple times that the sellers were committed to moving, this clearly wasn’t the case. Whenever we called for updates, we were constantly passed around and promised callbacks from the person handling our case, which never happened. We had to chase them repeatedly for even the simplest of updates, and getting a response to an email was nearly impossible. After waiting patiently for six months, the property was eventually taken off the market, leaving us feeling like our time and hopes had been completely wasted. Overall, the lack of professionalism and communication made this an extremely stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this estate agency to anyone.

GoogleThe communication between Elizabeth, Jenny and myself was always good. They always got back to me within a few hours if they couldn't be reached. I conducted all of the viewings myself so unable to comment on that side. They helped to sell my house which is the main point, and progressed the sale regulary via the conveyancers and helped speed things along. So all on all a professional and efficient company.
