GoogleHad the pleasure of working with Kelly Workman on a purchase of one of my clients. Could not have been more delighted with the service. The transaction was a tricky one with one half of the chain being ready before the rest. Kelly kept a tricky first time buyer well managed simply through her kindness, courteousness and professionalism. She even went on to chase the chain and respond to concerns while she was out of office and on Holiday! Could not recommend more!

Unfortunately, our tenant failed to pay rent, which led us to instruct solicitors to resolve the matter. Although the tenant has now vacated the property, they left the house in a truly appalling condition, one which was deeply distressing to deal with. Throughout this entire ordeal, our property management agent, Nicky Scales, has been nothing short of wonderful.
