David and team were brilliant from start to finish. There was passion to sell our home, and we were informed every step of the way. GoogleWe recently bought our first home through Richard Godsell and I would highly recommend them - we saw a few homes through different agents but Richard Godsell offered the best experience. Shout out to Steve who originally showed us the house and answered our never ending questions! We we not in a chain so no major obstacles, but if things weren't moving along, we were able to ring the office and things would suddenly happen - so appreciate you chasing Marina! We were able to exchange and complete quickly, so thank you for helping us get our home even during this unusual time!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI am awaiting completion of my sale and purchase in the next few days, and this has certainly been a roller coaster journey. Alastair McCall has been professional, supportive, helpful and kind throughout the entire process, and nothing has been too much trouble. I would also like to thank Steve who has been a huge support to me in the office, and on a stressful day his listening skills and advice are excellent! I would have no hesitation in recommending Godsells in Christchurch to anyone contemplating a house move. All in all a delivery of FIRST CLASS service, thank you so much. I am extremely impressed.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI am very satisfied with all communications, responses and information that I need during my house purchasing process from Richard Godsell Christchurch. Special thanks to Stephen Leigh-Bryant who is very responsive, informative and helpful from Christchurch Branch. Much appreciated!

GoogleReally satisfied with the excellent level of service from start to finish from Steve and the team in Christchurch branch. Steve in particular went above and beyond in terms of keeping us informed throughout the sale and was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleGreat & professional service from Alastair and colleagues when selling dad's bungalow in Christchurch. They always kept me aware of viewings and changing market conditions, offering sound advice. The property was empty for a while and they even arranged for a plumber to visit to fix a leak. Would certainly use them again.

GoogleWhen we decided to move to our family to Christchurch, Richard Godsell's in Southbourne were recommended to us as one of the 'best' agents in the area to work with. On meeting the team, both my wife and I were very impressed with level of service, advice and communication we received throughout and we were fortunate also to have found a property in Christchurch being sold through Richard Godsell's Christchurch office. They too were also very impressive with their knowledge, level of service, communication and attention to detail. I have no hesitation in recommending either office to help with your sale or purchase.

GoogleI had heard good things about Richard Godsells and decided to use them ahead of a job relocation. The approach from their team was highly professional and they demonstrated a positive attitude with duty of care applied throughout. I was very impressed and reassured with the structured marketing process which always remained consistent. Once a buyer had been found they ensured that full chain details were explored and liaised with other agents in the chain. They also communicated with solicitors and mortgage providers to ensure the process ran smoothly. If I still lived in the area I would not hesitate to use Richard Godsells again.

GoogleWe recently bought our new home from Richard Godsell in Southbourne and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Phil was honest and helpful and got the job done. We moved into our new home in under 3 months, which is pretty good going. I would highly recommend using Richard Godsell as an estate agent if you are planning on moving home. Many thanks Phil for all your hard work!

GoogleTom and Stuart were fantastic throughout the purchase period of buying our first home. They were always open to questions and consistently provided us with detailed accurate answers. Their friendly approach to selling / buying a home made the process run very smoothly from start to finish, with regular updates to how the process was going and where we stood in the grand scheme of things. I can't thank the staff at Richard Godsell enough for all the hard work they have done for us, and let's not forget the lovely moving in present (Prosecco & a card)! I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

GoogleRichard Godsell were with us throughout a difficult and very complex sale of our property. The communication was second to none, always at the end of the phone and available when needed. There was great partnership with specialists in other areas of expertise (IFA’s and Legal), which meant the advice we received was always coming from the right people and not guesswork. We listed with multiple agencies, but felt that the viewings arranged through Richard Godsell were of a better quality overall, (i.e., buyers with their finances sorted and with positive positions) as opposed to other agents which seemed to focus on quantity, over quality and as such yielded no offers. Overall, I will be recommending Richard Godsell to my friends and family as the first port of call for property sales.
