Everyone at Reeds Rains in Grimsby were brilliant especially Sophie and Jess. I put the house on the market and it sold straight away. It was my divorce that made the process far slower but they were amazing and kept in touch. They were so nice. Thank you for everything 😊

We recently bought our first house that was marketed by Reeds Rains St Helens, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Jane Kerrigan in particular was fantastic, and responded to all our enquiries very quickly, and was great at dealing with the solicitors and speeding things along. We will definitely be using them again in the future, and would advise anyone else to do so also!

They did not listen to how I wanted to have the house listed. Plus they named my ex in all the emails they sent, plus informed him of any offers before myself, yet it is myself who will be paying them, not my ex of five years.

We found those we dealt with courteous and helpful at all times. On one occasion we had someone attend for a viewing who we hadn't been informed about. But this might not have been the fault of the office. Overall very happy with the service.

GoogleIm a landlord of 18 years and was a tenant of 8 and mortgage adviser of 10. I would not use RR, as they dont offer good customer service once they have your money or when you have a legal right to have it back. Obstructive and slow, dont be suprised if they pay any refund as a postal order.

Couldn’t of asked for anyone better then Abbie and Lorraine at Rotherham office from start to finish I have been in touch with them maybe every day in a week to get a update I completed my transfer over to one of their properties in a week From meeting Abbie on last Saturday at the property to look around I had a gut feeling I found my new home I told her my house was up for sale and didn’t want to pay other months rent and her and Lorraine made sure I didn’t have to by making sure I had my keys today (following Saturday)Would highly recommend this company

THE MANAGER S GOFORTH, IS A BENT, TWO FACED CREATURE, DOESN'T KNOW WHEN HE IS LYING AND WHEN HE IS TELLING THE TRUTH, VERY RUDE, AND AT TIMES, THREATENING, VERY UNSYMPATHETIC. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRENDOUS, INCOMPETENT, DISRESPECTFUL SET UP. I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT TRUST THEM WITH THE SALE OF A DOLLS HOUSE.

I complained about my bad experience in Reeds Rains many many times ( by phone, by email and in person ) but no one could offer any help. What happens ? The letting contract ended more than 1 month and I am asking for my 200 pounds deposit back. They ignored me. How can I get my money back ? What kind of customer service are they providing ?

I Agreed on a let with the Bamber Bridge office for a property in Bamber Bridge. I completed the application process and paid the admin fees. I gave notice on my current property and arranged a transfer of utilities etc.2 weeks before my moving date, they advised the landlord had changed his mind and cancelled my application. The olive branch was an offer of a property £300pcm more expensive.I'm now scrambling try to find somewhere to live as i'm working away next week and which leaves me a week before i'm homeless.Thanks for nothing.

To day I received a phone call from Reeds Rains the young lady was inquiring for a tenant or theirs that had a ceiling leak from my flat, I told her that I had plumber with me about that and that we had blanked the water off and would she mind if I call her back after we had organized the work, She said NO! and i find you very rude! I then said if you find that rude you will find it ruder when I cut you off Good bye!Footnote I find the level of service totally unacceptable. Ps I did call back giving a more pleasant lady the information they required.
