GoogleJess was great & kept in touch every step of the way! It didn't all go according to plan, but when we had an issue on the Saturday after the sale had gone through & Jess wasn't there the other staff in the office were extremely helpful! Thank you again to you all.

GoogleHaving sold our property, Redbrik provided an excellent level of service from beginning to end. All the staff at Crystal Peaks branch were helpful and professional throughout. Whoever i talked to they were all well informed about my property. The open day they arranged when all potential buyers come on the same day was a great idea and lead to a quick sale of our house I would not hesitate in using their services again should the need arise.

GoogleRip off company would not recommend to anyone. They lie to you to get a upfront payment but don't refund it if you don't get the house
Thank you for your thoughts Michelle however terms and conditions and processes are set out to potential tenants before any payment is taken. Potential tenants are required to sign and agree to the terms and the only reason a tenancy offer is retracted and monies not refunded is if a potential tenant has not fully declared their personal circumstances.

There were lots of complications with vendors living abroad, time differences and ex pat mortgages but Redbrik were so supportive and helpful through it all. They were always happy to advise and listen to me moan and throughout it all to keep on moving things forward as quickly as possible.
