We had a very positive experience throughout, from signing up, our stay and now ending our tenancy and receiving our deposit back. Being a small team (either Paul, Omar or Julie - staff were the same throughout our tenancy) meant queries were never left unresolved or passed over. Tej supported the purchase by going above and beyond to ensure we were kept in the loop and were happy with all aspects of the process. Being first time buyers we had not experienced purchasing a property before and Tej was great in explaining the different elements of the transaction whilst constantly maintaining his professionalism. We have found a wonderful friend in Tej who delivers his service with the highest standard and tailors his service to each client in order for them to receive the best and most personable experience. We rented a property through Quest Properties and dealt with Omar and Paul, which were both very polite. Julie manages the day to day tenancy problems. They usually quickly send the suitable people to fix minor problems such as the gas boiler not working and similar. Although our own bad experience was with a major problem in the property that, I presume, requires landlord consent. We raised it with them, everyone agreed it needed to be fixed, but at the end nothing happened and they stopped updating us on this matter as if it has never been raised. I recommend them without a doubt, but would also insist a great deal if you happen to have a mayor problem in your rented property.

The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. We moved into a property that was left in an awful state with cockroaches, mould, dirt and items left from the previous tenancy. They didn't respond to emails and continuously made excuses or lied. Upon moving out, we left the property in a much cleaner state than when we had moved in, however, Quest London tried to take some of our deposit. They produced a false cleaning invoice claiming that they had sent cleaners during our stay which is completely false! Will be reporting them to trading standards.

FacebookTej has strong communication skills and always followed up with me on a monthly basis to confirm that everything was still ok at the premises and to find out how we were settling in the UK. Although I have only known Tej for a short period of time he proved himself to be a conscientious, punctual and diligent person striving to achieve the best for tenants.

GoogleWould give 6 stars if we could! After a poor experience with a previous estate agents, we were nervous private tenants. Tej went out of his way from day 1 to assuage any worries we had and made the renting process smooth and simple. During the 3 years we stayed at the property, Tej was always avaliable when needed, no problem was ever too big or small. He was quick to resolve issues (like our fridge breaking down in summer or our boiler going out), arranging solutions quickly and without making us feel like an afterthought or inconvenience. We have just moved and honestly wish we could take Tej and his 5 star service with us! We will definitely hope to buy with him when we purchase our first home and would encourage anyone looking for a quality, professional, honest, friendly agent to look no further!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
