Quest Estate Agents were the agents selling the property my daughter wanted to buy. From the outset, Tej was a pleasure to deal with. At all times he was very professional, courteous, friendly and a great communicator. We had a rather lengthy conveyancing period for a few reasons but Tej was great at sales progression, chasing vendors, solicitors and managing agents as and when required to keep the sale moving along. All in all, Tej was a safe pair of hands during the whole process and I would definitely be happy to work with him again. Many thanks Tej!

Would give 6 stars if we could! After a poor experience with a previous estate agents, we were nervous private tenants. Tej went out of his way from day 1 to assuage any worries we had and made the renting process smooth and simple. During the 3 years we stayed at the property, Tej was always avaliable when needed, no problem was ever too big or small. He was quick to resolve issues (like our fridge breaking down in summer or our boiler going out), arranging solutions quickly and without making us feel like an afterthought or inconvenience. We have rented a property through Quest when moving back to the UK from abroad. We had a pretty tight deadline due to us being 8 months pregnant at the time of the move. Upon meeting Tej he immediately knew what we were looking for and organised us to exceptionally see the property whilst on house hunt in England. He managed our concerns with the greatest attention and provided solutions to all in a swift manner. Quest Estate agents have managed my rental property for over 10 years and during this time I have been extremely satisfied with their service. The Quest team provide an excellent service, from onboarding, finding tenants and the continued management of the property. It was always reassuring to know that the property would be managed to a high standard ensuring all relevant landlord requirements and regulations were met. The Quest team ensure that the best interests of the landlord and tenant are met at all times. The Quest team also project managed the full renovation of my property organising relevant trades and supplies, again this was all completed to a very high standard, within budget and on time.
