FacebookBeing a first time buyer I am not familiar with the processes involved when purchasing a new home. I have recently completed on a flat through Quest Estate agents. The service was exceptional, they went above and beyond to guide me through the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend the service. I don't know many Estate Agents that would pop in to the property to measure the room before a new sofa arrives. I was very impressed. Hopefully it will be a while before I need to move again but I would definitely use Quest, buying or selling.

FacebookVery professional, helpful and always responded in a timely manner. I rented with Quest for 2 years and over that time nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble for these guys! I highly recommend Quest for anyone looking to rent and, in particular, Tej was really understanding and personable! Absolutely nothing to fault at all!

GoogleThrough Quest we got our previous landlord griffinscaffolding ....griffinscaffolding were the landlord of a F2 Bridport Place were I stayed for almost 1 year. At the stage when the contract terminated the landlord decided to deduce more than half of the deposit (on no real basis) they have lied in their deposit deduction statement. ( we know this because the tenants after us are our friends). Now we are struggling to get the undisputed deposit. It has been 2 months since we left the property. Quest and and the landlord should be avoided ..

GoogleI've had really bad experiences with estate agents in the past and was dubious about using them again, however, the property came up and we couldn't not go for it. Paul in particular was professional, helpful and made the whole experience incredibly easy and stress less. I couldn't rate Quest higher.

GoogleReally disappointed : I rung regarding a property to-let which was advertised at £850.00 per month and rung up for more information, and was told that the property to-let was actually £900.00 per month!! Not only was the property up on the website with incorrect price but Quest Estate Agent spoke to me with really bad attitude and was unprofessional. I will definitely not be renting with QUEST ESTATE AGENT !!

Hi Albena, I am sorry to hear that your experience with Quest Estate Agents was disappointing. You are indeed correct the property was marketed at £850 pcm, however since marketing the property we received instruction from the landlord to increase the price to £900pcm. This information was acted upon immediately, however it can take up to 24hrs for the website and portals to update. Regards Tej

GoogleWe used quest to sell our house and would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others. Tej provided a first class service throughout the entire process. He gave us honest advice where necessary and kept us informed of all developments immediately,he also dealt firmly with a poor conveyancing solicitor and and kept everything moving along to schedule. more importantly to me Tej was honest and friendly,and i can honestly say that i could go about my daily business and not even think about what was happening,safe in the knowledge that it was all in hand and if i needed to know anything,i would. GoogleI used Quest to sell my house and not only was Tej respectful of my home, he was a real genuine guy that had my interests at the top of his list. He organised open weekends and I sold my house very quickly and got above the asking price. I found him to be very professional at all times and was always at the end of the phone if I needed anything. I would use Quest again without hesitation and would definitely recommend his services.

FacebookWe have rented a property through Quest when moving back to the UK from abroad. We had a pretty tight deadline due to us being 8 months pregnant at the time of the move. Upon meeting Tej he immediately knew what we were looking for and organised us to exceptionally see the property whilst on house hunt in England. He managed our concerns with the greatest attention and provided solutions to all in a swift manner. Not only he had been our estate agent but he went beyond and above expected and provided us with all the required know-how of the surroundings before and after we settled. Couldn't have wished for anyone better, more attentive and professional. Can only recommend! Thank you Tej!

FacebookDue to the unprofessional handling of our new home we intrusted on to Tej we had to delay our moving day he turnt a joyful experience a living night mare i.e having to ask his shabbie builders to do simple jobs trades people would normally do i.e putting undercoat on before applying gloss was really unprofessional and changing prices every so often quiet discussed how you can charge an extra £2,200 pounds on the original price agreed apon was a massive shock perfect example of a cowboy builder in the name of a cheap buck also damaging expensive tiles and half hearted paint work really causing friction between me and my family what topped it off was he prayed on a single parent who really put in good money for a not so good service

GoogleWARNING, make sure you get your FULL deposit back When we arrived at our new flat we were greeted by a horrendous mess that included the presence of maggots. After spending over a week trying to get the place to a liveable standard we were later charged £300 for cleaning fees and this was despite giving the place a full clean. Further charges included an imaginary inventory check which was never carried out and yet they still expected £155 (ex VAT) for the service. Thankfully we had the deposit with the DPS and we were able to get the whole amount back but it will take time as Paul from Quest will use every trick in the book to make it as difficult as possible. Some of the charges such as the inventory check they will put in the contract but unless they actually carry it out and you sign for it, it is not valid. Be sure to keep any evidence to support your case and be aware that none of their prices include VAT. If you have found the place you want to live and have no alternative but to use Quest,make sure you get your full despot back because they will try and take it.

YellAvoid if possible (guzump!)
I understand after living in rented flats in London for 5 years that estate agents aren't an ethical lot. However, I found Quest Property services and Martin in particular to be unsavoury characters that you should best avoid if looking for property in the Islington/Angel area. I put an offer in at 5.30pm on Friday only to find out Saturday morning at 10am that they'd rented it to someone else who they met that morning and could get cash from (rather than wait 10 mins for my debit card details). There are many other agents in the area, so best to deal with anyone else to reduce your chance of the dreaded gazump!
