I've worked with Qube for a number of years, letting a flat and recently on the sale of the flat in question. Efficient, experienced and reliable on both sides of the business, they work brilliantly together - has made the sale of a tenanted flat very smooth. Particularly good comms - speedy, proactive and supportive. Like other reviewers I've had a lot of experience working with other agents and Qube really do stand out.

Their professionalism and attention to detail are second to none as is their ability to manage and liaise with minimal fuss and disruption. From tenant selection through to tenant departure the process is made stress free and simple. Having used various agents over the years absolutely no professional standards come remotely close to those I have enjoyed from Qube Residential and their knowledgeable and hard working team. Their ability to match the right tenants to the right property is fantastic as is their back up service should any issues or niggles occur along the way. They make the whole process simple, professional and fuss free and I would genuinely never consider using another agent as in my honest opinion........They are quite simply the VERY best at what they do. After reviewing the options for managed letting agents from local and national firms I settled on Qube as Jonathan was very responsive and other reviewers had left glowing remarks so I felt like I was in safe hands. Since instructing them to let the property Qube has been very quick to market it and find a suitable tenant. There were a few issues that needed sorting and Jonathan & Sean have been able to rapidly find good value contractors to quickly come in and repair/replace items to get the most value out of the property. I have been handling this process from overseas and what I thought would be a nightmare has actually been an incredibly smooth process to preparing the property and securing a good stable tenant thanks to the hard work and excellent communication from the Qube team. I couldn't be happier with their performance and would highly recommend them to other landlords who want a comprehensive managed letting service. Tom

I've been working with Qube to help find student residents to live in our Private Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) buildings in Salford, Birmingham and Newcastle. As we were the first PBSA that Qube worked with, the team were so attentive in learning our new ways of working as our bookings, tenancies and offering does vary from that of a normal HMO scheme. Dave, Kim, Tom and the wider team have not only been fundamental in the success of our new properties that have opened in both Salford and Birmingham, but have supported myself and the true Student team in coming out of this crazy year in a positive and strong position. I look forward to see what our partnership brings for the next academic year of sales! A special mention to Tom Hubber - The feedback we have received from our new guests that have booked with us via his support and referral have only lovely things to tell. They claim that he was really informative, friendly and supportive. Helping our students place a booking with us. From my side of things, I've worked really closely with Tom and he's always on hand to assist me with any of my weird and wonderful requests. He's helped me and the team massively, as he's helped get students to sign their tenancy contracts and even pay their rent. Thank you Qube team - now let’s see what our future partnership brings!
