PS&B have managed the letting of my cottage in Bognor Regis since 2017. As I live in Hertfordshire I cannot manage the property myself so I've been really impressed by their service in placing our tenants, managing them, attending to repairs, and ensuring rent is paid on time. I've especially been pleased that they really do undertake regular inspections to ensure the tenants are looking after the property (many agents claim to do this but don't bother). I get regular contact from Nichola Swan sorting out any problems and others in the team when she's on leave. Absolutely manipulative and disrespectful staff. I would have given them a negative score had I been able to. The agents are rude and obnoxious. They will demand a pound of flesh wherever they can. I had to bear with these soulless sharks for a year. I have started taking antidepressants due to their nefarious behavior. Steer clear of them or you'll regret it!

They manage our block of flats, appalling amount of damage as they did not repair the roof for years, some of it has had to be rebuilt. All the flat owners complain about the fact they take the service charge money but have never done repairs, the place looks a mess now. Avoid this company at all costs.
