Support throughout was excellent from communicating with our buyer and right up to the completion day and the handover of keys.
Working with a local agent is key to having a satisfactory sale or purchase, in my opinion.

Our building has been managed by then since residents came in first time. We have numerous problems since car gate broken for more than 3 months, to lack of maintenance and improvement of cycle store, not handling problematic residents according to lease agreement, not investigating several break of lease agreements while service charge is one of the highest.
