TrustpilotUnprofessional, unresponsive unless they need money
I'm very confused about the real work that gets done at Property Partners. After three years of living at one of their property complex' I've never been visited or bumped into their staff. They charge extortionate amounts of money should you want to view CCTV footage because their buildings are incredibly low security and parcels are stolen continuously. As well as the "secure" parking underground is anything but secure. With the shutter being broken for a month and nothing changing. They send a fire Marshall every year or so to do checks, urging you to stay at home "someone must be present" only for the Marshall to not show up. Imagine taking a day off work for that sort of nonsense. Incredibly unprofessional.

GoogleThis company does dohgy stuff. They over charge me for everything, they do not pay my rent for the past few months now. I have now gave them to my solicitor so they can deal with this company.

GoogleI lived in one of the properties for 3 years and they always were super responsive when we had questions or issues. I moved out of the flat now, but I would have loved to keep them as my landlord!

GoogleThe first engagement with Patrick at Property Partners in Dromore came from a recommendation from a friend who had also used them to successfully sell their property. Patrick visited soon after our enquiry, providing a realistic valuation and explained the proccess and shared his considerable local experience, This was very useful as we had not been in the Property market in 15+ years so were green behind the ears a little. Patrick and Julie worked hard over the Christmas week to get our property advertised and interest flowing, resulting in a quick sale to the first viewers at the agreed valulation. I would highly recommend Property Partners as their fee was lower than most others but the benefit of having the local experience was invaluable and we always felt in safe hands with Patrick as he worked to help us identify a new home in the local area. Great example of a local small business - well done !!

Absolutely awful. Been living in a damp and mouldy flat with mould flies since November (now nearly the end of June) and paying £1100 … disgusting. They can’t be bothered to sort it out and blame the contractor for being unreliable. Avoid at all costs. Con artists!

TrustpilotVery annoying and disappointing
I live in one of the apartment that the company is managing. It has been 6 months that the lift is out of order... I am cycling to work everyday and need to carry up and down the bike. I received one update in August, since then they remain silent. Such a disappointing and poor managment. Probably should stop to pay the managment fees.
