I want to draw attention to this agency, it is very unreliable, be careful, I have been waiting for more than a month for the deposit, which they were supposed to return and did not return in three years, they did not make a single repair in the bit, and when we asked them about it, their answer was to leave if you don't like it, I do not recommend it !!!!!!!! enter into a lease agreement with this agency and, above all, pay attention to the apartment post code N98DH
We are very disappointed to receive a false review that is intentionally meant to harm our reputation. You cannot expect to receive a deposit while you got evicted by a court order and still owe a substantial amount of rent to the landlord, additionally, there is a significant damage done to the property throughout your tenancy. With respect, you can't have your cake and eat it too! Additionally, you have verbally abused and threatened our staff with your calls. Our company does not tolerate this kind of behaviour and will take action if it persists. Ebru Onal Director

TrustpilotUnprofessional, unresponsive unless they need money
I'm very confused about the real work that gets done at Property Partners. After three years of living at one of their property complex' I've never been visited or bumped into their staff. They charge extortionate amounts of money should you want to view CCTV footage because their buildings are incredibly low security and parcels are stolen continuously. As well as the "secure" parking underground is anything but secure. With the shutter being broken for a month and nothing changing.

Our building has been managed by then since residents came in first time. We have numerous problems since car gate broken for more than 3 months, to lack of maintenance and improvement of cycle store, not handling problematic residents according to lease agreement, not investigating several break of lease agreements while service charge is one of the highest. There is not a single resident happy with them, so if you can AVOID!Grove Place, Eltham

Tried to bill me £750 for a non-job by their useless contractors who failed to spot a drainage problem that Stevie Wonder would have noticed in a few seconds, resulting in me having to employ my own contractor to fix a problem they were being paid to manage, Experts in buck-passing and obfuscation. Thankfully we have new managing agents.

GoogleThis company does dohgy stuff. They over charge me for everything, they do not pay my rent for the past few months now. I have now gave them to my solicitor so they can deal with this company.
