We used Property Partners to knock down a wall between our kitchen and living room to make it open plan. The whole experience from start to finish was flawless. Neil was there every day checking on the progress to make sure it was on track. The end result was more than we could have hoped for. The finish and attention to detail was superb. I would highly recommend Neil and his team to undertake any work in my home. 5 stars. 🌟

Really appreciated the quick, practical and honest communication that Neil gave when we added a new shower room to our cottage. I also glad we took his advice and added underfloor insulation , glad to see the back of draft! Finally we had a small glitch some months later. Neil was quite to organise a speedy repair.

Thanks Neil for an extremely thorough EPC survey. The time you took and attention to detail shown really put the last survey and EPC to shame! Great that it was selected for audit and they confirmed the thoroughness and accuracy of your work.

My partner and I have been very impressed with Neil since day 1. We have rented a flat from Neil for a couple of months now and every problem we have is responded to promptly. Wouldn't hesitate recommending Energy Let to anyone needing help to rent their property. Keep up the good work Neil!

I had been struggling to rent my property and arrange everything else that goes along with it. Neil took over and within a month everything had been sorted and the property had been rented with zero hassle. Would highly recommend.
