GoogleCalled 3 times for a property viewing. They are more focused on mortgage referrals rather than showing me property. Very poor service. Guy was very rude.

GoogleReally pleased with the service from Property Hub. A special thanks to Viveca and Viswa, who were very helpful, responsive and professional throughout the process. They managed to find suitable tenants for my property fairly quickly and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. I really appreciate their support and would happily recommend Property Hub to other landlords.

Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service, Couldn’t Recommend Highly Enough! Jagdip was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. His professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering an excellent service were second to none. From the very beginning, he was incredibly flexible and accommodating, even arranging viewings at weekends to fit around our schedule. His extensive knowledge of commercial leases and property transactions was exceptional, and he went far beyond what we would normally expect from an estate agent. Jagdip took the time to carefully review the paperwork, explain everything clearly, and assist us in understanding and resolving the solicitors’ queries. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He was consistently available, responsive, proactive, and reassuring throughout what could otherwise have been a complicated and stressful process. What really stood out was the fact that Jagdip genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us. He went above and beyond at every stage, staying involved right through to the successful completion and handover of the keys. It is rare to come across someone who combines such a high level of knowledge with outstanding customer service and genuine dedication. Jagdip is a credit to his profession. I would give Jagdip 10 stars if I could and cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are looking for a commercial estate agent who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, proactive, and genuinely committed to his clients, look no further. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jagdip to anyone.

He immediately arranged a viewing, quickly understood our situation, and worked efficiently to get all the paperwork processed and the keys handed over without unnecessary delays. GoogleJagdipbhai successfully sold my family friend’s business through a lease transfer within a very good timeframe , making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. His knowledge of commercial property is exceptional. In my experience, he knew more than the solicitors and even more than the accountants involved. Whenever there was a question or an issue, Jagdip had the answer and guided everyone in the right direction. If you’re buying, selling, or transferring a commercial lease, Jagdip is the person you want on your side. He’s not just a commercial estate agent, he’s “Property Everything.” His expertise, professionalism, and dedication are second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding service.

GoogleI would strongly caution any landlord considering using Property Hub's management services based on my family's experience. My uncle's property was under the management of Sachin, Viveca, Vishwa, and Naresh. During the period they managed the property, maintenance work was repeatedly carried out using what appeared to be their own in-house contractors or regular tradespeople. However, whenever we requested detailed invoices, quotations, or a clear breakdown of the costs charged to the landlord, we did not receive transparent accounting or satisfactory supporting documentation. We also served two legal notices to terminate the landlord and agency agreement. The first notice, sent last year, was ignored. The second was eventually accepted. As my uncle found the situation difficult to deal with, he asked me to assist him. Once I became involved and started corresponding with the agency, my emails were repeatedly ignored. It was only after I sent a final reminder indicating that legal action was being considered that they responded. From our experience, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and handling of the management agreement have resulted in a complete loss of trust. We believe landlords deserve clear accounting, proper invoices, and prompt responses when legitimate concerns are raised. I would advise any landlord to carry out thorough due diligence before signing a management agreement with this company and to carefully monitor maintenance charges, invoices, and communications throughout the tenancy.

GoogleVery disappointing experience. Communication was extremely poor throughout. I had to chase for updates, waited 6 days for a response the first time, and then waited another week after sending everything that was requested, only to be ignored again. My assigned agent, Viveca Baguandas, would read my WhatsApp messages but not respond, which I found very unprofessional. As a client, I felt my time was wasted and my business was not valued. If the agency was unable to help, they should have been honest from the beginning instead of leaving me waiting without communication. Due to the lack of professionalism and customer service, I decided to withdraw my property from the agency. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

GoogleAVOID! Absolutely ridiculous. Never responds to emails, lady with funny accent on the phone tells you not to worry, they will call you back. Its been 2 weeks never heard from them, the property I was interested in, is still not taken. I wish landlords know, how "hard" their agent is trying to let it...Do not waste your time!
