Has always been there no matter what time of the day. I can not recommend him enough for your mortgage advisor. You will never regret your decision. I had a very disappointing experience with Property Hub .Very first day I was asked multiple times to pay the full amount for the service ( agency fee ), despite not having been provided with proper formal terms and conditions. There was no clear breakdown of the costs or any contract outlining what I was actually paying for or if the money would be returned in case the deal wouldn't go though. It’s hard to move forward with a payment when I don’t have any proper documentation or assurances about what I’m being charged for ( requesting £3000 + £600 VAT ). I tried to resolve the issue by sending a emails and phone call for clarification and asking for the terms and conditions to be sent over, but once again, I did not receive a timely response. At this point, I am left with no choice but to question their professionalism and transparency. Given my experience, I would caution others to proceed with caution when dealing with this agency. Clear communication and proper agreements are crucial in any business relationship, and I regret not having those in place before proceeding.

Absolutely the worst estate agents I've ever dealt with. Naresh is completely incompetent at doing his job, admitting to me over the phone that he took holding deposits for a flat from 3 different prospective tenants (this is completely illegal, by the way). He also hasn't responded to a single email I've sent in over TWO MONTHS. I've got a leak in my bathroom ceiling that has extended halfway across the room because of this utter negligence. When we moved in to our flat we were given one key to the door to the flat itself and had to wait a whole week to get a key fob to get into the actual building, despite already paying rent to live here.

Staff are incredibly rude. When ringing with an enquiry for a property, I was told that 2 people had already paid holding and rent deposits on the same property. I asked why no one had let me know, as I was about to also pay these. On the phone, Rajesh told me “how would I know???” after literally just telling me. Incredibly rude. Additionally, their policies are illegal. I will paste their refunds policies here:

TrustpilotNightmare Tenants for 2 Years...
A family of 3 moved into one of their lettings. They packed in 6 of their adult friends throughout their term, breached Covid rules daily with friends round, in a 2-bed flat. Excessive noise, shouting at their own toddler, littering in communal areas, setting the fire alarm off regularly, leaving their door open. The littering was so bad that rodents have been attracted. Never an issue before. As well as, a car tyre or two left in the car park. They also didn't bother getting cloned keys and used the same key. They buried it underneath nearby soil for all of them to share. The build-up of soil in the keyhole clogged and a locksmith was called-out once. They also hung their washing on display on the front walls of the property. Generally, not being very neighbourly nor making their neighbours feel safe. Somehow, these individuals didn't work for a living and so we don't know how they pay their bills. So, I guess vetting/background checks that people actually work for a living aren't done.
