Very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave very good advice on how to deal with a tenant who had fallen behind with his rent. He gave us various options on how to deal with the tenant, and how to move forward and gain maximum rent income.

Mr Theepanrajah Rajasekaran, is a very unprofessional, unloyal and a crook of a director, never do business with this company,as my experience with him as a landlord was a nightmare, as he never registered my deposit, constantly made promises he couldn’t keep, and the rent was never payed on time,Not once. He closed his company without giving any notice also.

Had a bad experience dealing with this estate agent. Viveca was dealing with house purchase last year. She misguided us and wasted our time. Not honest and trust worthy. Wont recommend!

Outstanding is the only word I can use with regards to my experience. From the moment of registering and applying to view properties, their service has been truly a joy. From prompt responses to requests done on-line which most Agents appear to ignore, to keeping you informed and actually trying to work for you as well as their clients who have properties to sell, their professionalism in today's market makes them top leaders in my opinion.
