GoogleThis property Hub is amazing work place. To do job for example, selling houses, renting, and for sales. Property Hub is best place to choose. Also, the experience working here us real estate agents. Property hub staff really excellent when they dealing with clients when it come to sell houses or for renting.

GoogleStaff are incredibly rude and their policies are ILLEGAL. Please before paying anything, check their policy email against CREDIBLE sources like Shelter and Advice For Renters. When ringing with an enquiry for a property, I was told that 2 people had already paid holding and rent deposits on the same property. I asked why no one had let me know, as I was about to also pay these. On the phone, Rajesh told me “how would I know???” after literally just telling me. Incredibly rude. Additionally, their policies are illegal. I will paste their refunds policies here: 1. In the event that the owner ( landlord) withdraws the contract within the contract period ( before commencement date), for any reason, no refund payment will be due from our office. 2. If our company is unable to get hold of the applicant/client (tenant or guarantor) for collecting the required documents to perform our standard credit checks, references or money demand within 3 working days - the holding amount will not be refunded. 3. in the event you are unable to produce the required documents within 3 working days from the day you paid the holding fees, or in the event of you changing your mind or unable to take possession or unable to pay the full advance rent and deposit, the holding amount will not be refunded or will not be transferred towards a new application. Disgusting behaviour from this company. Do not trust.

GoogleIllegal trespassing!!! I had gone to my home country in mid-September 2021. Estate agent asked me over phone what date will I be back, which I found strange. When I came back I found that multiple furnitures in my home were moved around(supposedly for inspection).I was very upset as I had never refused entry but they still entered my home in my absence without asking for permission. This is not just unprofessional but illegal.

And why you leaving the review now after 3 years that means either it is fake review or trying to defame our organisation.
