GoogleWould have give zero stars.... Staff very busy doing nothing, they let you wait 1h inside their office before calling you forward. Please avoid specially if you need a property quick... Awful services. They denied me a property after paying the deposit fee and passing all the credit checks. They've let me wait for a week without telling me the house I've paid for was rented out to someone else. I had to call them like 5 times to find this out...After another week they have returned my money 50 pounds less without telling me why.

GoogleI have just let my property through property hub in Wembley. They were quick, effective and efficient. Viveca was my main point of call. Her communication was above expectations, they managed to find tenants within a week and kept me informed at all times. I can't rate them high enough and as a representative viveca is definetely an asset to the company and the clients they cater for. Amazing agent and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

GoogleVery Unprofessional customer service and staff, a lot of mixed messages given being an inquiring client, they do not liaise with you properly at all. shows poor management and unprofessional skills, not confidential with your information! over all the service i would give 0/10 I highly do not recommended as they are a waste of time, should have read some of the previous reviews!

GoogleI have known Director of the company for sometime; however we listed our property to rent through another very reputed national agency with local presence in our area. However, after the other agency failed to close deal in 4 weeks and over 15 viewing, I asked the director of Property Hub for help. His second client signed and property went in less than 3 days. While I have known the director, this review is professional review without bias and so I will limit it to verifiable facts as stated above.

I was very appreciative of their patience, support and enthusiasm. They made the move a stress free experience and I am delighted with the beautiful home they have secured for me.

GoogleMy experience with Property Hub was very mixed! The fees were extremely low and they were efficient at drawing up the tenancy agreement, plus they were reasonably flexible with contract details which was helpful. I would recommend them for that reason. HOWEVER, the customer service is very mixed - we were frequently given differing information by different agents (e.g. about costs), sent incorrect documents, promised calls back which never came...once I was even hung up on! We had to 'pester' the agency quite a bit so that we could get everything in order. I had an overall positive experience, but proceed with caution if you want a hassle-free agent.
