GoogleUnprofesional agent came to show us a property. They dont know what is frizzer look like they showed us mini bar... property was so dirty when asked for cleaning they said its clean and they ask.me to show where is the dirt, may be is the way the also live.Disappointed with them. I wish i can give you 0 start as you call me back about this review just to proof how unprofessional are you unhappy about negative feedbaks

At Property Hub, we appreciate every feedback regardless it is in our favour or not, end of the day it will help us in improving, understanding and serving clients our future clients. I can see you have used ‘unprofessional ‘word for our company, it seems you haven’t checked our accreditations, establishment, achievements of past or done enough due diligence. It clearly seems that you were adamant to leave a negative review for our company than getting / finding a property. This kind of review sometime confuse other clients or create an adverse effect where we are nowhere at fault whatsoever. It was our first viewing with you, it lasted hardly 5 Min. and we worked after office hours, however what you have stated in review is not relevant at all as if you find flooring dirty due to weather or before start of tenancy cleaning is required can be certainly accommodate so as new fridge can be offered too as long as you follow proper protocol instead of leaving review for a late evening viewing is not done on any company. Have a great day ahead!!!

GoogleA very strong customer service. Staff are very friendly. Property hub helps thier tenant to find a better property as per tenant requirement and they also make sure they are happy and comfortable with the property.

Dhrutika, You are absolutely right in judging us...Specially after Tenant fees ban many agents are treating tenants differently as often we hear now a day, may be the reason could be they cannot charge fees to tenants anymore hence would not give enough attention to their needs however this can never be the case at Property Hub. We believe for lettings tenants are equally important, as matter of fact if there is no tenants, no lettings simple !!! Do you know this year we have won multiple Gold Estas Awards 2019 (Best Agents of North West London voted by Landlord & Tenants ).

GoogleOverall pleased with the support from Property Hub over the last 2 years of being a tenant with one of their advertised properties. Document processing was very straight forward and I had no obvious obstacles faced with the team. I specifically thank Viv for helping us start up are tenancy agreement back in 2017 and Nayan for making the last parts of leaving the property a lot easier than I thought. Thank you
