GoogleThroughout our search for a property to move out young family into, we haven’t come into contact with any agents who meet the standard of efficiency and professionalism offered by Matt in Tunstall. My request to view the property was responded to promptly, and the booking process was easy and convenient. Matt has been transparent throughout about fees and costs associated with the process, and at no point did we feel pressure to make any decisions on the spot. We have had some trouble with late references which have been handled kindly and patiently by Matt and the team, where many agents would have re-listed the property. We are being granted access to the property to measure dimensions, which is usually a no go until move in day. Any request we have had has been more than accommodated, and we would highly recommend Priory to others.

GoogleThe service of the team was faultless from beginning to end. Having faced some problems in the run up to selling our property Matt and the team have been terrific. They care about their customers, they listen, understand and help in any way they can. A large amount of work was carried out prior to sale, where Matt and the team were able to hold a key for the property and liaise with contractors to allow entry. The property was marketed perfectly with 'offers over' - and through this and great service from the team, the best sale price was reached in as short as time as possible. We could not be happier and highly recommend them.

Only applied for a house viewing where lady who never said hers name rang me back and made me feel useless. First question she asked or im employed and where do I live. Then she asked or I got guarantor. Where I asked why would I need one she said otherwise they don't know I can pay rent... Seriously??? U can ask me for a guarantor only if I don't pass my check. U have no information not about my earnings none of my references not of my history. She made me feel like there is something wrong with me and I can't have roof because I said I'm not willing to have guarantor. Absolutely disgusting attitude

GoogleHaving had a great experience purchasing through Priory some 18 years ago, I chose Priory to manage the sale of my property with high expectations. They did not let me down, from the initial valuation to completion, every member of the team were fantastic. All aspects were managed for me with 100% professionalism and a personal touch that took all of the stress out of the move. I would highly recommend using Priory if you are looking to buy or sell your property.

GoogleWe purchased a property advertised with Priory Property Service's Tunstall office. They were quick to arrange viewings, negotiate offers and respond to e-mails. I felt that they could have been firmer with their vendor to speed up completion in light of an unnecessary delay, especially as our offer was conditional on rapid completion. Sadly I found that the company were hostile to feedback when I stressed this issue to their office staff. I feel a 3* review is fair, as everything else was handled well. It would easily be a 5* review if the company were firmer with vendors who accepted offers conditional on a quick sale, and were more open to receiving constructive criticism.

GoogleA big thank you to all the team at Priory Property Services. They were extremely friendly, helpful and approachable, no matter what problems I needed help and support with. It was lovely to receive total professionalism at all times. We had the property with another long-standing agent for several months and I have to say that Priory were far more proactive and helpful. They supported me every step of the long journey. They pushed when needed, particularly when other parties seemed to be lacking any kind of urgency. A big thank you in particular to Matthew for his tenacity in ensuring that all parties were kept updated and just kept pushing to ensure completion. Thank you Priory Team

GoogleAs a Landlord was very disappointed. Gave them the keys of my property for letting. Rang them after a week and they said they did not have time to evaluate the property. I said to them that it's been over a week and no one has called me up for any feed back on the property. There response was if your not happy with our service you can go elsewhere. I am so glad my chapter ended with Priory agents sooner than later.

GoogleVery professional and polite agents. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough on show arounds. Agent knows his stuff more than most others and if I was selling, is who I'd want selling my home (for his knowledge, professionalism and charisma). Only niggle is (for buyers) we had a few homes we were interested in independently valued and they were roughly 10/11% over. Though we were told this is quite standard so buyers have room to negotiate, plus sellers might have requested they go in at the higher price against agents advice (hence I'm not knocking a star off as I do think the agents are extremely genuine and if we saw our dream home with them I would be happy to go with Priory).
