We viewed a property through them and had an agreement in principle accepted, which they confirmed in an email while we awaited the sale of our own property. We understand that this was an agreement in principle, and if another offer came in that could proceed, the property could be sold. We forwarded the email to our estate agent so they could inform potential buyers that we had this agreement. Then one morning, while checking the property market, we noticed that this property had been sold subject to contract. We were disappointed that they hadn’t informed us of this, and we found out this way. We contacted the office, and they said someone would get back to us, but no one did. There seems to be a pattern there. They appear very friendly, but as soon as you’re not of used to them, their tone changes. 2 Cardinal Drive
