GoogleTo meet the strict requirements of a Housing Association, we needed an independent RICS Registered Valuer to establish Market Value of our shared ownership home. We instructed Nick Millinchip of Phipps & Pritchard in Stourport, and no explanation was needed. He understood the whole process and finalised our report within 3 days of inspection at a competitive fee. Very impressed.

GoogleWe instructed Phipps & Pritchard to deal with the sale of my late Father’s house, for which I was Executor. We dealt with Nick Millinchip, an experienced Chartered Surveyor, based at the Stourport office. We trusted Nick’s advice to put the house for sale by public auction rather than an online auction. This trust was fully repaid when the property was placed for sale by public auction in a live sale at Stone Manor, with a guide price of £145,000, yet incredibly , actually achieved a hammer price of £212,000. Therefore I would simply say that having also sold other homes under the same circumstances as an Executor, but using different agents,Phipps and Pritchard Stourport exceeded my expectations and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone

Nick's approach from the outset was one which instilled confidence. He has been able to apply local market knowledge with wise professional advice, to a complicated niche property we wished to sell. Nick has both consulted and advised us with impeccable communication at every stage, and his calm, professional, empathetic manner has been very valuable throughout what can be a testing process. Through his patience, helpfulness and gold-standard professional service we have achieved a great auction price in the time frame planned, at a fair price for excellent performance all round.

GoogleNick and his team.provided a really excellent service in helping us sell our late parents' house. Although, for various reasons, we made a judgment call to sell at auction, we were guided seamless through the process at every stage and, only 8 weeks from instruction, the property sold at the reserve. The marketing was very strong and, we felt good value for the fee. We could have gone to auction via another route but P and P regularly hold their own auctions and are clearly very professional and experienced. Highly recommended.

GoogleAbsolute clowns, booked an appointment to see a house on a Saturday, I was running late due to no fault of my own it took me about 1.5 hours to get to Kidderminster I tried to call someone at the office but they were closed I left several voice messages letting them know the situation but everyone obviously went home, the person doing the viewing left and could not be bothered to call me to let me know. I rebooked to view the house again in the week anyway and got a call the next day, I asked a few questions about the area etc I was told they're unable to give me an opinion on the area for some reason like it's some kind of forbidden secret they seem to fail to understand I'm going to be investing in this property for the long term then the person who called me left the conversation at that and hung up the phone, absolute shambolic I'm clueless to understand how these guys operate as an estate agent, the mind truly boggles. I was interested in the house but I am not interested in dealing with this estate agent as they're incompetent. I wasted 3.5 hours in travel, time and money just to be told "We can't give you information on the area, unfortunately" and "do your own research" which I obviously tried to do but Google can't give you these answers, they couldn't care less if I was interested in the property that's what competent estate agents tend to ask but these guys obviously have so much business that if they lose a customer it doesn't really affect their business model.

Sadly you missed your first viewing on the Saturday however our viewing representative did wait an additional 15 minutes. Our offices close at 12pm on a Saturday. I can see that you subsequently viewed the property and have provided the feedback to our Stourport office in relation to the viewing. I hope this clarifies the matter for you.

GoogleI have used Phipps and Pritchard to sell 3 properties over the years and they have been amazing, good communication and updates as the sale progresses, always promt to answer the phone and are all super friendly. My wife was really happy the valuer was a lady and felt more comfortable when she came to measure up etc.

GoogleAbsolutely useless, allowing me to apply for flats, losing my application form so having to print and fill it in again only for them to tell me I'm not eligible because of my employment status? Why not tell me that when I applied for the first flat 3 weeks ago??
Good evening, I have reviewed your application following your comment. Each property has different criteria and as such why each one is treated separately. Reviewing the calls and emails I understand that we asked for further information which is still awaited to allow us to move forward.
